Leah Bronczyk
Kindergarten Teacher
Leah is a dedicated and experienced educator with a deep passion for helping students achieve their God-given potential. A graduate of Liberty University, Leah holds a Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education, along with a Master’s Degree in Special Education. Her extensive background includes seven years of teaching in both public and private school settings.
Leah’s commitment to education extends beyond the classroom. She and her husband are the proud parents of four children and are actively involved in their town and church communities. They attend Fellowship Alliance Chapel, where they contribute to the life and mission of their congregation.
For the past five years, Leah has focused on raising her young children at home, nurturing their early reading skills and fostering a love for learning from an early age. This experience has given her a unique perspective on the importance of early childhood education and the foundational role it plays in a child’s development.
At Trinity, Leah finds the perfect opportunity to merge her passion for teaching with her heart for ministry. She is grateful to be part of a community that values both academic excellence and spiritual growth, and she looks forward to making a positive impact on her kindergarten students.
Debbie VanCuren
First Grade Teacher
Debbie joins Trinity with an impressive 36 years of experience as a first-grade teacher in the Evesham Township School District. She began her academic journey at Baptist Bible College (now Clarks Summit University) and earned her B.A. in Elementary Education from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University). Debbie also holds a New Jersey teaching certificate, reflecting her deep commitment to her profession.
Throughout her career, Debbie has gained extensive expertise in addressing the unique educational and emotional needs of six- and seven-year-olds. Her experience spans regular education, special education, and English language learners, equipping her with a versatile teaching skill set.
Beyond the classroom, Debbie enjoys a vibrant family life with her husband, Tim, their two grown children, and four beloved grandchildren. She finds joy in swimming, playing games, and hiking, often sharing these activities with her grandchildren.
Debbie’s spiritual journey began when she accepted the Lord as her Savior in first grade. Her lifelong dedication to serving others in church settings has been a central part of her life, from working with babies to teens. Currently, she serves in the two- and three-year-old class at Fellowship Community Church in Mt. Laurel, where she worships alongside her entire family.
Having been a shining light in the public school system, Debbie is excited to transition to a Christian school environment. She is particularly eager to integrate faith into her teaching, sharing biblical truths and praying with her students, as she guides them academically and spiritually.
Corina Gadson
Second Grade Teacher
Corina brings a wealth of experience and a passion for early childhood development to her role as a second-grade teacher at Trinity Preparatory School. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education from Grand Canyon University.
With over fifteen years of comprehensive experience in both classroom settings and administrative roles within early childhood education, Corina offers a seasoned perspective to her teaching. Her expertise includes STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education, which she enthusiastically teaches to preschool and early elementary students during the summer and after school programs.
Beyond her role at Trinity, Corina is the youth director for the AME Church in the Trenton area, demonstrating her commitment to community involvement and spiritual leadership. Alongside her husband and son, she is an active participant in the vibrant community at Grant Chapel AME Church in Trenton, NJ.
Corina’s multifaceted contributions to education, STEAM instruction, and community service make her an exceptional asset to both the school and the broader community. She embodies the principles of classical Christian education in every aspect of her work, enriching the lives of her students and community members alike.
Sara Troendle
Fourth Grade Teacher
Sara brings a wealth of experience and a love for learning to her role as 4th grade teacher at Trinity. She holds a B.A. in Elementary and Special Education from LaSalle University as well as a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Delaware Valley College. Sara taught for ten years in Evesham Township as a special education teacher in 4th and 5th grade. Following her teaching career, she spent nine years as a stay at home/homeschool mom to her four children. During this time, Sara taught a variety of classes at local homeschool co-ops.
Barbara Soffer
Humanities Teacher
Barbara brings a rich and diverse background to Trinity, blending formal education with hands-on experience in both traditional and homeschool settings. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from the State University of New York at Oneonta and an MBA from Pace University in New York City. Barbara is a certified teacher in New Jersey, with three years of experience in public school classrooms.
For the past twenty-two years, Barbara has dedicated herself to homeschooling her three children, including her twin sons with autism. Her commitment to their education has been profound, and her experience is further enriched by her active involvement in homeschool co-ops, where she has taught classes ranging from preschool to high school. Barbara has a particular passion for teaching writing and the Institute for Excellence in Writing (IEW) curriculum, which she loves sharing with her students.
Barbara also took on a leadership role in the homeschool community, serving as the director of a Classical Conversations community for three years. During this time, she developed and led programs for grammar and logic level students, fostering a love for classical education.
At home, Barbara enjoys life with her husband, Lou, their three children, and the family dog, Maisie. She is also an active member of Sovereign Grace Church in Marlton, where she finds joy in teaching Sunday School.
Barbara’s multifaceted experience in education, her deep love for classical learning, and her nurturing spirit make her a wonderful addition to the Trinity Preparatory team. She looks forward to inspiring her students and fostering a lifelong love of learning and faith.
Jennifer Spivey
Humanities & Science
Jennifer brings over twenty years of experience in Christian education to her role at Trinity. A graduate of St. Francis of the Fields, Jennifer has cultivated a deep passion for teaching, with a particular love for Logic and Writing, which she has embraced since joining the Trinity family.
Jennifer’s enthusiasm for the Bible, especially the Old Testament, is evident in her teaching. She enjoys exploring the connections between the Old and New Testaments, with 1 and 2 Samuel being her favorite books due to her interest in the life and events of David. Her love for Scripture is something she eagerly shares with her students, inspiring them to deepen their understanding and faith.
Outside the classroom, Jennifer enjoys a rich and fulfilling life with her husband, Tom, their daughter, and their two beloved dogs, Luca and Lobo. The family resides in Southampton and attends Calvary Chapel of Marlton. Jennifer also enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking with her dogs, and engaging in various hobbies, including reading and caring for her five chickens.
Jennifer feels truly blessed to be part of the Trinity community, where she values the opportunity to work alongside dedicated faculty and help guide her students in both their academic and spiritual journeys.
Amy Voorhis
Grammar Science Teacher
Amy has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Messiah University in Grantham, PA. Amy spent 15+ years working as an engineer, mostly writing software for record and replay systems and air traffic control applications. After having children, she spent seven years working part-time as a technical writer in engineering. Her love for STEM and excitement to share how amazing, creative, and purposeful God created the world, led Amy to step into a teaching role at Trinity five years ago. Amy and her husband are members at Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, PA, and have two children that have attended Trinity Prep since the school started in 2015.
Michelle O'Brien
Math Teacher
Michelle has a B.S. in Elementary Education and Bible with a minor in Early Childhood from Cairn University. She taught second grade for three years in Texas where she was also a math and reading support teacher for Spanish speaking students. She also taught ESL classes for parents. Then, Michelle homeschooled her children for nine years and also tutored for Classical Conversations. Math has always been her favorite subject. Michelle grew up in Bolivia as a missionary kid. After marriage, her family served as missionaries in Mexico and Spain for eight years. Michelle and her family currently are members of Sovereign Grace Church in Marlton.
Hope Coughlin
Physical Education
After growing up in Huntington, NY, Hope graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in health and physical education. While raising four sons, Hope initially taught part-time in Christian schools. She later transitioned and became a full-time teacher in Medford Lakes where she taught for thirty years, retiring last year. In addition to teaching, she coached field hockey, cheerleading and lacrosse. Hope joined Trinity in 2022 and brings a lot of enthusiasm and fun to the school. When not at school, she enjoys spending time with her fifteen grandchildren!

John McElhenny
Humanities Teacher
John has a BA and an MA in English from Rutgers University-Camden. In addition, he earned additional credits from Eastern University and is certified in Secondary Education. He taught for over twenty-three years in Philadelphia at the middle and high school levels. For most of those years, he taught at Central High School leading Honors English, English 4, and AP Literature and Composition. He served as faculty sponsor for the Centralizer, the school newspaper. John will be teaching 9th & 10th Omnibus, 11th & 12th Omnibus, Senior Thesis, and serve as faculty sponsor for College & Career Pathways. John attends Grace Presbyterian Church in Mt. Laurel.
Doreen DeLoach
Humanities Teacher
Doreen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Rowan University, holds a minor in Child Drama and Speech, and is a certified Reading Specialist. Her experience includes working both in public and private Christian schools where she served as a middle school/high school English teacher, first-grade teacher, Public Speaking instructor and Reading Specialist. In addition to her classroom experience, Doreen served as a Standardized Testing Coordinator, Curriculum Writing Committee member, and a Homeschool Educator. Doreen, her husband, son, and daughter are all involved in their church, where they are part of the Worship Ministry. When not teaching, Doreen enjoys walking, singing, and educational research.
Michele McQuoid
Humanities Teacher
Michele has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Secondary Education from Messiah College. She taught at a private Christian school until she started her family and began homeschooling. In addition to homeschooling her three children, Michele has been very involved in the community teaching co-op classes as well as leading and volunteering in various youth and children’s ministries. In the classroom, her goal is to create a creative, interactive, nurturing environment where the material comes to life.
Chris Fischer

Chris received his Masters Degree in Microbiology from Thomas Jefferson University and has also been teaching biology courses as an adjunct professor at Rowan College South Jersey for over 10 years. Chris’ wife Jennifer also serves on the Trinity school board and their three sons attend Trinity Prep.
Kathy Francis
Math Teacher
Kathy has a B.A. in Business Administration from Cedarville University and extensive college coursework and educational enrichment in advanced mathematics. She has taught Algebra through AP Calculus courses at Christian schools for over ten years and even longer through private tutoring and in SAT prep work. She is an AP Calculus Reader with the College Board and a Senior Adjunct Math Instructor with Rowan College at Burlington County. She holds teacher certifications in the state of NJ and through the ACSI in Mathematics.
Christine Barden
Math Teacher
Christine is a math educator with 20 years of experience teaching mathematics in public schools, providing professional development, consulting with school districts throughout New Jersey, tutoring students K thru college and teaching at the university level. She has her masters in Math Education and is a Math Education Lecturer at Rowan University for preservice elementary school teachers. Her passion is for students to understand and gain a conceptual understanding of math as math is everywhere and created by God.

Angelica Honeyford
Spanish Teacher & Student Life Coordinator
Angelica brings a unique blend of cultural richness and educational expertise to her roles at Trinity. Originally from Colombia, Angelica moved to South Florida with her family shortly after completing high school. She pursued her passion for helping others by earning both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University.
Angelica’s love for teaching and her dedication to her community shine through in her work. Alongside her husband, who planted The Rock Church of South Jersey in Mount Laurel, she plays a vital role in leading the youth ministry and Vacation Bible School, using her talents to inspire and guide young people in their faith.
At Trinity, Angelica is passionate about teaching Spanish. She aims to do more than just teach students how to communicate in the language; she seeks to inspire them to appreciate and embrace the rich Hispanic culture. In addition to her teaching role, Angelica also serves as the Student Life Coordinator, where she contributes to creating a vibrant and supportive school environment.
Angelica’s diverse background and her heartfelt commitment to education and ministry make her an invaluable part of the Trinity community, where she continues to inspire and guide her students both academically and spiritually.
Dr. Al Graeber
Bible Teacher
Dr. Graeber brings a lifetime of ministry experience and a passion for teaching God’s Word to his role as the Bible teacher at Trinity. With a B.S. in Bible from Cairn University, an M.A. in New Testament Studies from Biblical Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from Baptist Bible Seminary, Dr. Graeber is deeply equipped to guide students in their understanding of Scripture.
His extensive background includes seven years of teaching High School Bible at Baptist High and 25 years in pastoral ministry, having served as the pastor of both Haddonfield Bible Church and Park Bible Baptist Church. Most recently, he has been involved in pulpit supply and interim pastor roles, including at Christ Community Church, continuing his dedication to sharing God’s Word even in retirement.
Dr. Graeber’s love for family is evident as well. He and his wife, Kathy, have four children and eight grandchildren. Together with two of his children and their families, they attend Shawnee Baptist Church, where they remain active members. When he’s not teaching or ministering, Dr. Graeber enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his children and grandchildren, particularly fishing and hunting.
At Trinity, Dr. Graeber is excited to explore the profound truths of Scripture with his students, guiding them to grow in both knowledge and faith. His extensive ministry background and genuine love for the Lord make him a welcomed addition to the Trinity staff.
Michael Mall
Personal Finance Teacher
Mike has been counseling individuals and families on wise financial decision-making for over twenty years. He started in the Financial Services Industry in 1999 and began his own independent financial planning firm, Mall Retirement Group, in 2010. He is passionate about helping people make great financial decisions. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER and member of the Financial Planning Association of New Jersey. Mike’s four daughters attend Trinity and his family are members of Sovereign Grace Church.

Matthew Byrd
Bible, Math, Music & Latin Teacher
Matthew has a B.S. in Music Education from The College of New Jersey. His music teaching experience includes private guitar, voice and beginner piano lessons, and local church music and choir for younger children. His broader teaching experience includes 6th Grade core subjects at Inheritance Christian Academy in Brooklyn. He is a lover of language and has taught ESL in a variety of contexts to students of all ages. He loves leading others in exploring God’s world and helping them see and know the glory of Christ, the One by whom and for whom all things were created.

Tim Carroll
Instrumental Music Teacher
Tim has a B.A. in Music Education and an earned degree in violin performance from Temple University. At TPS, and three other Christian schools, he teaches strings (violin, viola, cello, & double bass), keyboard, and piano, and leads its three ensembles (beginner, junior, and senior groups). He has over a decade of experience playing violin, fiddle, and viola in many settings throughout the Tri-State area, including weddings, funerals, concerts, square dances, parties, restaurants, and more.
Nicole Blank
Art Teacher
Nicole has a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a double concentration in Graphic Design & Book Illustration from Monmouth University. With an ever-present hunger to dive deeper into her skill, specifically oil portraiture & figure studies, Nicole continues to grow her skills in several classical fine art programs in Philly, including Studio Incamminati, Fleisher Art Memorial & The Philadelphia Sketch Club. Following her ten years as a Graphic Artist, Nicole taught for many years at Kaizar School of Art. It was there that she discovered her love and talent for teaching. In 2012, Nicole founded The Blank Canvas Splattered, a traveling & home art studio, where she instructs students of all ages & skill levels in fine art mediums. Along with teaching her studio classes, Nicole has taught for several years at HIS Homeschool Co-op & feels immensely blessed to grow with new students who will find great new things within themselves all while creating something new. “Some people are simply born with such an intense desire to paint or create that if it goes undone, they will simply burst out from within. I am one of those persons. May this desire from deep within me never cease to be fed by our Mighty Creator God!”

Interim Head Master
Ron, a native of Lindenwold, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role as the interim headmaster of Trinity. With a strong foundation in Christian ministry, Ron has faithfully served as a bi-vocational pastor at Garden Lake Bible Church for an impressive forty-four years, demonstrating his passion for shepherding God’s people and teaching the Bible.
In addition to his extensive pastoral experience, Ron has a distinguished thirty-year career as a retired Lieutenant from the Cherry Hill Police Department. His commitment to public service is further evidenced by his active involvement in the community, where he has contributed his leadership to various roles, including the town council, Land Use Board, Environmental Commission, and the Police-Faith Leaders Coalition.
Ron pursued his education at Florida Bible College and Liberty University, laying the academic groundwork for his multifaceted career. Throughout his journey, he has been a devoted husband to his wife Terry and a dedicated father, successfully raising four children.
A long-standing supporter of Trinity Preparatory School since its inception, Ron is enthusiastic about his role in encouraging both students and staff to encounter God in their lives. With a deep commitment to classical Christian education, Ron’s leadership promises to inspire the entire Trinity Preparatory School community towards academic excellence, spiritual growth, and a lasting impact on the world around them.
Melanie Machowski
Associate Head of School
Melanie has a B.S. in Music Education from West Chester University, is a certified teacher in NJ and PA, and has six years of experience teaching in public schools. Melanie also spent nine years homeschooling her children and taught fourth grade at Trinity for four years. She currently serves as Trinity’s curriculum director, overseeing much of the academics of the school. She and her husband have three children, including one Trinity graduate, and are members of Sovereign Grace Church in Marlton.

Megan is our Admissions and Program Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts with an emphasis on Religion & Sociology from Concordia University Texas, highlighting her commitment to a comprehensive and values-driven education. Additionally, Megan earned a Masters of Science in Teaching from SUNY Potsdam, further enriching her pedagogical expertise.
Over the past decade, Megan has passionately contributed to various educational roles. As a stay-at-home mom, she cultivated a nurturing environment for her own children, instilling a love for learning from an early age. Her commitment to spiritual education is evident through her role as a Sunday School teacher, where she shared her values with young minds in a faith-based setting. Megan’s experience extends to preschool education, where she fine-tuned her skills in creating an engaging and developmentally appropriate learning atmosphere.
Megan has proudly served as a fourth-grade teacher at Trinity for four years, bringing her diverse educational background and passion for teaching to the classroom. Alongside her husband, she is a devoted parent to three children, providing her with valuable insights into the needs and dynamics of families. The couple is actively involved in Luther Memorial Lutheran Church in Blackwood, exemplifying their commitment to community and shared values.
Chrissy Revell
Administrative Assistant
Chrissy, our School Administrative Assistant at Trinity, brings a diverse and purpose-driven background to our administrative team. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Missions from Nyack College, Chrissy embarked on a journey of service and ministry upon graduation.
For several years, Chrissy devoted her time to High School Evangelism Fellowship and Touch the World Ministries, where she played a key role in leading Bible study discipleship groups. Her contributions extended to developing curriculum and leading summer ministry teams both nationally and abroad, showcasing her commitment to global outreach and discipleship.
In her capacity as a home educator for a decade, Chrissy not only imparted knowledge but also demonstrated leadership within various co-ops. From general education to music education and even knitting classes, Chrissy’s versatility in teaching reflects her dedication to fostering a well-rounded education for students.
Beyond the academic realm, Chrissy actively engaged in community outreach programs, particularly in women’s and youth ministry. Her involvement in these initiatives underscores her genuine passion for building meaningful connections and fostering spiritual growth.
Chrissy’s heart’s desire is evident in her commitment to honoring God with the gifts and talents He has bestowed upon her. Her ultimate goal is to draw others to a saving knowledge of Christ and to support individuals in growing in their relationship with the Lord.
