Affording Trinity
We recognize affording a classical, Christian education requires a sacrifice for most families. Our goal is to make this type of education as affordable as possible. Financial Aid is offered each year as described below. The tuition schedule shown below lists the costs for each school division.
Tuition for 2025 – 2026
Grammar School K – 4th: $6,490
Middle School 5th – 8th: $6,990
Upper School 9th – 12th: $7,490
*Most students qualify for aid in lieu of transportation rebate from their local school district (see below). This is an annual rebate of up to $1,000 per child paid to parents for transporting their children to Trinity. “Walking” school districts likely don’t pay the reimbursement. Please check with your local school district.

Financial Aid
Trinity’s desire is that its classical Christian education in New Jersey be made available to those to whom the associate costs might seem prohibitive (single-parent families and families with economic challenges.) Many of our enrolling families are eligible for some level of financial aid.
Beginning in the 2021-2022 academic year, Trinity will utilize the services of FACTS Grant & Aid to process our applications for financial aid. This third-party administrator used by many independent schools and colleges determines a family’s need based on their individual financial profile. Any family with a student in first through twelfth grade may apply. Many factors are considered when determining a family’s level of aid. These factors include income, assets, unusual expenses, and the size of the family. The total resources deemed available for the program in a given year are also considered.
All families must re-apply for FACTS Grant & Aid funds each school year and due dates are strictly adhered to by the committee. There is a $35 application fee payable to FACTS Grant & Aid by credit card, debit card or bank account.
Transportation Reimbursement
When children do not attend their local public school, many school districts in New Jersey
will partially reimburse parents/guardians for their transportation costs. (NJ 18A :39-1.8).
Reimbursement is up to a maximum of $1,000 per child, for aid in lieu of transportation. In order to qualify, you must meet the distance criteria: if your child is in grades K-8, you must live at least 2.0 miles, but no farther than 20 miles, from their campus. Upper School students must live at least 2.5 miles, but no farther than 20 miles from campus. In other words, “walking” school districts may not be included.
Non-Discrimination Policy
Trinity Preparatory School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally made available to students at the school. Trinity Preparatory School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational and admissions policies, scholarship programs, or other school administered programs.
