School Board

Jennifer Fischer

Jennifer is the Chair of the Trinityl Board. She is the Vice-Chair of Education in the Department of Molecular Biology at Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine. Jennifer is involved in teaching, assessment, curriculum and faculty development at Rowan. She also serves on various national and international committees for medical education and is a Fellow of the National Academy of Osteopathic Medical Educators. She and her husband Chris have three boys enrolled at Trinity, and Chris is the upper school science teacher.

Tom Machowski

Tom has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a major in finance from Temple University.  He is Director of Operations and a licensed financial advisor at Mall Retirement Group of Cherry Hill.  Tom was formerly the Business Manager at SGC in Marlton and a Vice President with Morgan Stanley Investment Management.  His wife, Melanie, is the associate Head of School, and they have one Trinity graduate and two children enrolled at the school.

Ken McClure

Ken grew up in Mount Laurel and graduated from Delaware Valley College with a B.S. in Business Administration.  He operates his family-owned site contracting company, McClure Excavating Inc.  Ken calls Fellowship Alliance Chapel home, worshiping and serving there for the past 20 years. Currently, he works with small group leadership and children’s ministry.  He and his wife Lindsay have three children who attend Trinity.  Ken is thankful for the opportunity to serve the Lord here at Trinity, as they disciple a fresh generation for God’s glory.

Al Scotti

Al is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Bible (Now Cairn University) where he was a double major, studying Health & Physical Education and Biblical Studies.  After graduation, Al went on to teach at Calvary Temple Christian Academy in Philadelphia, PA.  During his seven years teaching, Al also held the position of Middle School Lead Teacher while teaching Pre-K – 8th grade Phys. Ed., Middle School Health, Middle School Bible, and Middle School Math.  During this time, Al also enjoyed coaching the middle school soccer and basketball teams.  Several years after a career change, Al served as a school member for approximately 8 years and held the role as Vice Chairman of the Board for a Kindergarten through 12th grade Christian School in Haddon Heights, NJ.  Al and his wife Megan have have a son who attended Trinity from middle school through 12th grade.

Aaron Sneathen

After growing up in South Jersey, Aaron Sneathen graduated from Davidson College with a degree in History. After college he attended Westminster Seminary while at the same time teaching history at the hybrid Westminster School in Bellmawr and coaching high school basketball at City Center Academy in Philadelphia. He has since worked in the operations and financial services fields. He is married with two sons, and serves currently as a ruling elder in a PCA church in Mt. Laurel.
