Student Life Coordinator

This posting is for the 2026-2027 school year.

Part-Time 

Trinity Preparatory School is seeking a joyful, organized, and service-minded Student Life Coordinator to help cultivate a vibrant school community through meaningful events and student activities. This individual will work closely with faculty, staff, parents, and volunteers to coordinate many of the school’s traditions and special programs, ensuring they reflect Trinity’s mission and strengthen our partnership with Christian families.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee major school events and student life activities throughout the academic year.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parent volunteers to ensure events are organized, welcoming, and well executed.
  • Communicate event details and logistics to the school community.
  • Provide administrative coordination and support for student life initiatives and special programs.
  • Support and enhance Trinity’s traditions while creating positive experiences for students and families.

Qualifications

  • A vibrant Christian faith and agreement with Trinity Preparatory School’s Statement of Faith.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, servant-hearted approach to working with students, families, faculty, and volunteers.
  • Experience in event planning, education, ministry, or nonprofit administration is preferred.

Administrative Assistant

Trinity Preparatory School is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-minded Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our school. This individual serves as a welcoming first point of contact for families, visitors, faculty, and staff while providing administrative support that helps our school operate with excellence and reflects Trinity’s commitment to serving Christian families.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist families, visitors, faculty, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for the school’s daily operations.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other school communications.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and office procedures.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with state reporting, non-public funding requirements, and other school administrative processes.
  • Communicate effectively with families, vendors, and members of the Trinity community.

Qualifications

  • A vibrant Christian faith and agreement with Trinity Preparatory School’s Statement of Faith.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
  • A welcoming, servant-hearted attitude and a genuine desire to support the Trinity community.
  • Prior administrative or office experience is preferred.

Kindergarten  Teacher 

This posting is for the 2026-2027 school year.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented grammar school Kindergarten teacher to join our hybrid community on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from September through May. Candidate must be a born again believer who lives according to the Word of God, serves in his/her local evangelical church, is in agreement with our statement of faith, and is capable of creating a classroom learning environment that is exciting and engaging for students. Preference will be given to an innovative Christian teacher who understands Classical Christian Education, is committed to working hard and to helping point our students to Christ in word and deed.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach grade appropriate curriculum using inspiring and classical techniques.
  • Manage a classroom of 12 – 15 students.
  • Post assignments for at-home school days in a timely manner.
  • Communicate graciously and regularly with parents.
  • Manage the grade book efficiently and generate quarterly report cards.
  • Demonstrate and model Christian values and worldview to students at all times.

Kindergarten Aide / Grammar School Support Assistant

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 7:50 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Summary:
The Kindergarten Aide / Grammar School Support Assistant provides classroom and clerical
support to the kindergarten program in the morning and assists with general grammar school
needs in the afternoon. This role helps maintain a structured, organized, and supportive learning
environment while assisting teachers and students with daily tasks and activities.

Primary Responsibilities
Kindergarten Aide
Prepare student folders for Tuesday and Thursday, Unpack folders from the previous school day or weekend, Sort and organize student work, Make copies and prepare classroom materials, Grade papers as directed by the teacher, Communicate with classroom families regarding updates and classroom activities as
directed, Assist the teacher during instructional time, Help maintain classroom structure, routines, and order, Assist students with personal needs (putting on coats, gloves, hats, etc.), Help students with unpacking and packing belongings.

Grammar School Support Assistant (Afternoon)
Provide support primarily in the kindergarten classroom while remaining available to
assist throughout the grammar school as needed, Make copies and prepare materials for teachers, Provide classroom coverage when teachers need brief breaks, attend meetings, complete
work, or leave early, Assist with general clerical and organizational tasks, Offer additional classroom support where needed.
