Admissions Process

Thank you for visiting the Trinity website! We look forward to guiding you through our admissions process and invite you to become part of the Trinity family. Trinity continues to accept new applications on a rolling basis until all classes are full. Please note that kindergarten students must be five years of age by August 31st to apply.  For specific questions, contact Megan Byer at 609-200-6651 or [email protected]. What Happens After I Apply?

Student and Parent Interview
Parents and students are scheduled for an interview by the Admissions Office. During this interview parents will be asked to share their personal faith story and answers to your questions will be provided.

Testing
Each student’s learning history will be evaluated for suitability and fit. Transcripts and written work may be evaluated. Applicants may be required to complete a placement test.

Admissions Decision
Parents will receive notice by the admissions department after the student assessment is complete. Please refer to the New Applicant Schedule below.

Enrollment
To complete the admissions process, your first tuition installment is necessary to secure your seat.

Waiting Pool
When a class is full, qualified applicants will be placed into a waiting pool for admission.  If a seat opens, students will be contacted from the waiting pool.

Timeline for New Applicants

• Admission Applications due: Dec. 31, 2025
• Financial aid applications due: Dec. 31, 2025
• Parent interviews & student assessments (Grade 1-12) completed by Feb. 28
• Admission decisions (Grade 1-12) sent by Mar. 15
• Financial Grant & Aid decisions sent by Mar. 15
• Non-refundable $300 enrollment fee due to hold seat by Mar. 30
• Kindergarten Student Assessments Completed by Apr. 15
• Kindergarten Admission decisions sent by Apr. 15
• Kindergarten Grant & Aid decisions sent by Apr. 15
• Kindergarten non-refundable $300 enrollment fee due to hold seat by Apr. 30
• Families choose payment plan (annual, semi-annual, or monthly) by May 31
• 2026-2027 Tuition Payment or first tuition installment due (for monthly or semi-annual plans) in June
